Have you seen at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MaxNC-users/files/ if there is
something useful to you (maybe almost one original MAXNC program is present there)?
Your request is not clear, what you mean with "software that download the toolpaths"?
If you mean the main program, please call directly the Maxnc support: the MAXNC software is proprietary
and cannot be redistribuite without specific authorization, and I'm not sure that my copy of program
could work fine with your equipment (controller).
